Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times:
- Canada & USA: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 14–30 business days
Delays may occur due to customs clearance or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 2–5 business days for tracking to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. Caliza District is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
